MDUs include apartment buildings, condominiums, gated communities, universities and other properties having multiple units located within a defined area. The Company negotiates long-term access agreements with the owners and managers of MDU properties allowing it the right to design, install, own and operate the infrastructure and systems required to provide digital satellite television, Internet, VoIP, and other services, to their residents. The Company has partnered with DIRECTV, Inc. It has been working with property owners and real estate investment trusts (REITs), such as AvalonBay Communities, Post Properties, Roseland Property Company. |
