For the week of October 5, TheStreet is monitoring several different companies as earnings season starts to pick up again. We kick off the week with The Container Store Group (TCS) releasing its financial numbers and then PepsiCo (PEP) and Yum! Brands (YUM) reporting on Tuesday. We get busier in the middle of the week with Monsanto (MON), Constellation Brands (STZ) and Acuity Brands (AYI) coming out with their latest earnings. Aluminum company Alcoa (AA) reports numbers on Thursday, along with restaurant chains Domino's Pizza (DPZ) and Ruby Tuesday (RT). Investors will see how PepsiCo will perform in its third quarter fiscal 2015 earnings. For the latest quarter, analysts are expecting the company to earn $1.27 a share on revenue of $16.25 billion. There are several things to point out on the economic calendar. The ISM non-manufacturing index is set to come out on Monday morning, followed by the international trade report on Tuesday, which will show trends in foreign trading. Then on Thursday, we get jobless claims in the morning and then the Federal Open Market Committee will issue minutes of its meeting in the afternoon. Finally, we end the week with import and export prices. TheStreet's U-Jin Lee reports in New York.
